If you have everything ready then applying for IPO is an easy and 1-minute task.

Follow these steps to apply for IPO in Nepal using the Mero Share web version. (Here I am applying for Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited IPO)

 

1. Visit Mero Share and then log in with your credentials. Choose your Depository Participants from the drop-down menu and enter your Username and then the password and click on the “Login” button.1

2. On the left of the Mero Share web page you will find “My ASBA” click on the “My ASBA” and then you will see the available IPO that can be applied for. You will find the details regarding the company by clicking the name of the company. If you want to apply for IPO then click on the “Apply” button available next to the company name.2

3. On the next page you will see the details of the Initial Public Offering and you will find the form to be filled out to apply for the IPO.3

4. Now choose the Bank (linked for C-ASBA) from the available option and then fill in the number of shares you are applying for in the field next to Applied Kitta then fill in the CRN number and then check the declaration and click on the “Proceed” button.4

5. Now you will be redirected to the next page where you will need to enter your 4 digits transaction PIN to proceed, enter 4 digits PIN, and then click on the “Apply” button.5

6. Finally, you have successfully applied for IPO online and you will see the message “Share has been applied successfully” displayed at the bottom of the page. 6

7. This step (step 7) is not mandatory, but for verification, you can check whether IPO has been correctly applied or not. To check go to the “My ASBA” button on the left of the Mero Share page and then click on the “Application Report” and then on the “Report” next to the company you want to check. Here you will find the details regarding your application made for a particular IPO.78
